The problem I had was the tutorial, beginning with the elevator lesson 4. The booklet says to "call elevator". I didn't have to because the elevator was already there with its door fod. Then the instructions are to click on the control panel dor select "basement level 3".
Clicking on the control panel did not work. What did work was to spin wildly inside the elevator clicking on the walls and everything else until it moved. Then I go to the very last Lesson 9 with the sniper rifle. I could not put it down and was unable to finish the tutorial, and as a result could not play the game. This game is loaded with bugs.
